More Than Cleaning — Creating Calm Through Intentional Resets

Hi, I’m Krisstin.

Before anything else, I’m a mom, a partner, a college student, and a deeply feeling human being. My days are a blend of schoolwork, motherhood, building a business, and quietly doing the inner work of becoming the person I’ve always needed myself.

My path hasn’t been simple or straight. I grew up in a home with complicated family dynamics and a lot of unspoken emotions. For a long time, I carried the weight of those experiences in silence. Over the years, I’ve had to learn how to name my feelings, sit with them, and slowly untangle what it means to feel safe, seen, and understood.

That journey is what led me to the mental health field. I’m currently in college, working toward a future where I can support young adults and adolescents who are navigating their own emotional storms. I want to be the kind of person I needed when I was younger—someone who listens without judgment, holds space for the hard stuff, and reminds you that you are not too much and never alone.

Becoming a mother to my daughter, Kailanii, changed everything for me. She is one of my greatest teachers and the reason I returned to school with a new sense of purpose and determination. Motherhood softened me in some ways and strengthened me in others. It made me even more committed to creating a life that feels emotionally safe, honest, and full of intention—for her, for Henry and me, and for the people whose lives I’m lucky enough to touch.

I’m very family-oriented and deeply grateful for the home and life we’re building together. I love peaceful spaces, cozy corners, soft lighting, and the kind of conversations that go beneath the surface. I’m drawn to emotional depth, quiet moments, and the small rituals that make a space—and a life—feel warm, grounded, and real.

In everything I do, I try to lead with empathy, kindness, and honesty. I care about creating environments where people feel held, not judged. Whether I’m studying, parenting, working, or simply sharing a cup of tea with someone I love, my hope is always the same: that the people around me feel a little more understood, a little more at ease, and a little less alone.

I’m still learning, still healing, and still growing into the woman I’m meant to be. But I’m proud of the path I’m on and the heart I bring to it.
